Ms Tabitha strongly believes that “every child has a right to education and to live a meaningful and purposeful life”. With more than a decade in the special needs industry she returned from the middle east and established Sapphire Kidz to help meet the needs of many families in Kuala Lumpur.
Her experience both locally and internationally has allowed her to create a space that welcomes diversity not only with her kids but with her teachers. Her passion and love to see all children thrive in life is what drives her leadership and direction for Sapphire Kidz.
Doctorate in Instructional Design & Technology and a master's degree in Special Education, University of Pittsburgh, USA.
Dr. specializes in the teaching and learning of children with autism spectrum disorders, multiple disabilities and children with social, emotional and behavioral disorders. Her current research focuses on the power of the Arts to transform learning environments for children with special needs.

Ms. Melissa has 16 years working experience with differently abled people and she is the founder of Learning and Development. (what do you guys mean by founder of learning and development?)
She is a Special Education teacher and a Relationship Development Intervention Program Certified Consultant. Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) With the RDI program she helps students and families remediate core deficits in dynamic thinking, mindfulness, problem solving and communication.
Prior to teaching, Melissa worked 6.5 years as a Direct Support professional in America, providing Respite services for families who had loved ones with special needs. She acts as a part-time public speaker to help create awareness for autism and other learning difficulties.

Mr. Sanjay looks after support functions ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and educators get their required support to perform their best. At the same time he strives to provide a safe and stimulating environment, where children feel respected, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
He comes from a very diverse background, he has gained experience & knowledge over the past 20 years, working in different industries and with organizations based in various countries.
He believes that having responsibility for growing a business, creating jobs whilst making a difference to society can be incredibly satisfying. He enjoys his role and looks forward to contribute into the lives of Special Needs Children & their families. He is the Director and also the Co-Founder of Sapphire Kidz.

Ms. Kavishalinee's expertise includes planning material, activities and appropriate instructional and learning strategies that are beneficial for each student’s physical, social, and emotional development. She has close to 8 years of experience in modifying existing curriculum, to help facilitate the learning process of each child. Furthermore, she assesses and generates IEPs that are tailored to each student’s specific needs besides conducting enjoyable and engaging activities that meet their developmental goals.
Besides the love and dedication she pours into her students,
Kavishalinee, coaches and facilitates teachers in planning and implementing various social activities for parents and the general public.

Ms. Sharneeya is a dedicated Special Education Teacher well-versed in Early Intervention Program and behavioral management. Over the last 8 years she has established a successful track record of addressing issues such as delayed motor skills, cognition, academics, communication, and socialization issues with children ranging from 8 months to 12 years of age. She has experience in planning and executing student developmental goals/Individual Education Plan (IEP). She believes in promoting independence in the students through a holistic approach by targeting the needs of individual students. In her free time, she likes to read, listen to music and shop.

Ms Abigail is enthusiastic, effective and a passionate teacher with over 10 years proven record of helping children progress, providing positive learning experiences as well as building and maintaining effective behaviour management systems. She enjoys sharing knowledge, inspiring both children and adults. She has experience in leading teachers, adept at training and recruiting, motivating and developing others. She has worked in both International schools and private schools in Ghana and Malaysia teaching 5-18 year olds over the last 10 years. She loves to cook, travel and shop.

Ms Mullai is an energetic and passionate teacher who has a successful track record of teaching students with cognitive, physical, emotional and behavioral problems. With over 10 years of experience in ABA and also 3 years of experience as a Personal Learning Assistant in multiple international schools, she has developed a knack for earning the respect of the children under her care. She enjoys sharing knowledge and motivating all those around her. She is an excellent collaborator who works seamlessly with other professionals, like speech and occupational therapists to bring the best results out of her students. She loves to cook, travel and spend time with family.
Diploma In Physiotherapy
Ms Noor Adilla, has 5 years of work experience working with special needs. Her students range from age 5 up to age 12. She has been trained in Occupational Therapy and has a depth of understanding in fine motor, gross motor, and sensory issues. Over the course of her working experience as a Senior therapist she has also had the opportunity to work closely with sensory integration. Her comprehension of the above mentioned areas of study enables her to produce comprehensive evaluation reports for each of her students.
Diploma In Physiotherapy
Ms. Zura is a responsible helper, who assists teachers in creating lesson plans, ensures the classroom is tidy, and the children are well looked after, adhering to the lesson plans of each day. She also works with small groups of students to enhance their learning process. She loves children, and has almost 2 years of experience as a kindergarten teacher and 2 years as a teacher assistant at a special needs center. She loves to read, shop and travel when she’s away from school.
Bachelor in Sociology, Masters in Education for Special Needs, Certified Music Therapist registered under Japanese Music Therapy Association Music Therapy.
Ms Asako decided to become a Music Therapist because she wanted to work with people who lacked the opportunity to learn music. Her course of therapy has seen a positive impact on students with disabilities such as reduced anxiety, improved cognitive function, promotion of physical motor skills and the enhancement of interpersonal communication. With her love for music and background in Special Needs, she continuously works to create a safe space for children to explore various skill sets, while being immersed in fun.
